|| YUMMY YOGA || According to Rob I look like a giant banana doing yoga! Nothing wrong with living life as a nutritious and delicious snack! This was part of today’s roll around on my mat. No particular plan or sequence, just movement. We’re heading to Wales tomorrow for our annual family hiking holiday and I can’t wait! || ALL OVER THE SHOW || I came to my mat today with a plan; a few sun salutations, a warrior sequence, some core work and a long svavasana… and then it ended up looking like this for 10 minutes, rather all over the place. But it felt good. I’m now going to spend some time looking through your #Yoganuary Day 2 posts. 🧘‍♀️ I know, I know, there was a lot of core!
